Hi, I'm Ed Hamlin - and I've been a staple in the marine community for decades. Working with my hands and being around machines has taught me a thing or two. After a hard day's work, I enjoy gathering with the crew and preparing a special meal.
Over the years my love for community around the table has grown. As the good times have passed by - something clicked. My knowledge of physics and what I was witnessing around the kitchen made me want to try things different.
One of my patented inventions - the Chef's Grip - is one of those things. And now my dream is to bottle up that “magic” and bring it to you. So grab ahold of the blade and enjoy slicing effortlessly without beating up your hands.
